Independently of any statutory right, we offer every customer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If arcvoice is not what you expected, email contact@arcvoice.ai from the address you ordered with, within 30 days of the order, and we will refund the full purchase price. No reason required. The refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

The following only applies to consumers domiciled in the European Union. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).

3. Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Michler, Langacker 41A, 25560 Schenefeld, Germany, email contact@arcvoice.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have started performance of the contract after you have given your express prior consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB; Art. 16 (m) Directive 2011/83/EU).

Because arcvoice is delivered as a downloadable application and license key, we ask for that consent in the checkout. If you do not give that consent, your license key is issued only after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended. Even where the statutory right expires, the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee in section 1 still applies.

6. How we process refunds

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Bank or card networks may take a few business days to make the refund visible on your statement.

Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and you must uninstall the application from all your devices.
